WHO WE ARE

Peter Hess the President and CEO, has 20 years of broad-based experience and a proven ability to leverage human resources in a focused, orchestrated approach to achieve business goals. He has particular skills in the areas of change management, corporate culture and strategy implementation. His success has been built upon a foundation of high energy, vision and a drive for results.

Peter has enabled clients to achieve bottom-line impact and organization-wide change. He has assessed senior executives during mergers and as part of ongoing succession planning processes, helped formulate and implement strategy & values; and managed complex systems change. He has facilitated and consulted to several hundred teams, ranging from executives to state-wide labor-management committees.

Prior to founding CHANGE Partners Peter most recently held senior Human Resource Development positions at Bayer and Nabisco. Peter has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Swarthmore College and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.

Peter has taught organizational change and team performance for Rutgers University, Columbia University, and NYU, the Governor's Quality NJ Conference and the Human Resource Planning Society. He has written numerous articles on individual and corporate change management, and has served on the Boards of the NJ Human Resource Planning Society and the Rutgers Alumni Association.
